TEA International Event Development Support Program (TISP)
Purpose:
Teachers Education Academy (TEA) and the Training & Empowerment Association offer institutional and operational support to individuals who have an idea for an international training, seminar, conference, camp, or workshop but do not have their own organization. The program enables them to bring their ideas to life—from planning to implementation—under a trusted institutional framework.
Who Can Apply:
Educators, trainers, consultants, and entrepreneurs
Individuals without an organization who want to run international events
Creative professionals seeking to cooperate internationally
Support Provided by TEA:
1️⃣ Institutional Framework: Events are carried out under TEA or Training & Empowerment Association.
2️⃣ Organizational Support: Program design, registration, certificates, logistics, and communication.
3️⃣ Promotion: Visibility through TEA’s website, social media, and international partner network.
4️⃣ Legal & Financial Infrastructure: Invoices, participant fees, and contracts handled by TEA.
5️⃣ Revenue Sharing: After the event, the net income is transferred to the idea owner (minus TEA management fee).
